We just held our synagogue's annual dinner at Temple Beth Shalom of Roslyn, catered by Colbeh — and once again, they absolutely delivered. Fourth year in a row using Colbeh, and there's a reason we keep coming back. Fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. A special thank you to Pejman, who consistently goes above and beyond. If you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or community dinner — Colbeh is the right choice.

We hosted our party at Temple Beth Shalom of Roslyn, and Colbeh Catering truly went above and beyond. Fanya did a fantastic job — she made us feel like family and exceeded all our expectations. Everything was seamless, thoughtful, and beautifully done. We couldn't be happier!

We ordered ground beef kabobs, lamb kabobs, and dolmehs. Somehow we ended up with chicken poppers, hummus platters, some sort of spinach-rice thing (really really good), and a fat shot of whiskey. The poppers were literally the G.O.A.T. — a cross between fancy chicken poppers and French toast. Amazing. Probably my best dining experience overall, ever. Highly recommend.

Colbeh is an exceptional kosher meat restaurant offering delicious food and an amazing, wide variety of options. The restaurant is very high-end and upscale, making it a perfect choice for a night out with friends or a professional business meeting. A top-tier kosher dining experience. Highly recommended!

We just had our daughter's Bat Mitzvah here last week. We cannot say enough good things about the hall, the food, the service and the whole team. The experience was amazing A to Z — thank you Pejman and everyone at Colbeh for delivering a simply perfect night!

Was not expecting to have such a tasty kosher glatt meal. The food was excellent and plentiful. The servers were right on top of it and everything was truly delicious. Seafood, orange rice and desserts — everything was quite good and nicely presented!
